Welcome to Zuri. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To use Zuri, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter binding agreements. Accounts determined to contain false, misleading, impersonated, or fabricated information will be suspended or permanently removed without notice.
3. Identity & Content Verification
Zuri utilizes profile verification measures, including automated photo matching verification and device integrity reviews, to maintain platform security. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to process and display it for matching purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Immediate Enforcement
The following operations result in immediate profile suspension and permanent account termination without prior warning:
- Commercial Solicitation: Advertising products, ventures, external links, or requesting financial contributions.
- Scraping: Utilizing automated bots, extraction systems, or scripts to parse profile data.
- Platform Misuse: Harassment, manipulation, impersonation, or deceptive safety circumvention.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Zuri facilitates introductions but does not conduct criminal background checks on members. Online and offline interactions carry inherent risks; users assume complete personal responsibility for decisions to communicate or meet offline.
